About Ellie:

Adding a Holistic Approach

I am a Midwife AND a Doula

I have four sweet babies of my own. Two boys and two girls!

I see pregnancy, birth, and the growth of a family
as one of the most beautiful things about humanity.

As a Doula, I am privileged to help women and their partners
make these experiences as positive and healthy as possible.

I have no judgement of how a women chooses to have her baby.

Medicated, unmedicated, birth center, hospital or home. Even planned Cesarean birth.

My hope is to dispel fear and anxiety through advocacy, education, and support.

I specialize in all things holistic so that my support can complement your EVIDENCE BASED CARE.

That means:

Through all of YOUR decisions, I can give you an alternative view on all of your options and tools being presented to you during your birth.

That way you can choose what is right for you and your family.

Birth is full of navigating pathways of tools and options. Some tools are not needed,

some are helpful, some may be helpful later in your labor and some are less helpful then others.

and some can be avoided if you want to!

This is your birth. Your way.

I just help you to remember your options, support you through your decisions and do an amazing hip squeeze or rebozo trick!

certified naturopath, life Coach, herbalist, craniosacral, prenatal massage,

Why I am a Doula

The experience of pregnancy and birth has evolved over the years, especially in today’s modern era. I believe that the need for caring, sensitive and knowledgeable support during this time is becoming more and more apparent. I see every pregnancy and birth as a normal, instinctual event and as a Doula I feel honored to be able to support families over and over again during the best day of their lives!

I have been described as very knowledgeable, calm, and professional by all of those who have engaged in her services. My clients especially love my ability to support their partners in feeling connected to the birthing process.
