 You hire your care provider because you trust their medical opinion. So why should you write a birth plan when birth never goes to plan anyways.

Rice Socks are great for the lower back and hips

Tennis balls are great for massage and counter pressure

Honey Sticks are great for fast energy

Labor Massage Oils are great for massage

Birth ball is great for relaxing on

Essential oils are great for aromatherapy

Battery operated candles are great for helping the mood

Rebozo is great for optimal fetal position and hip squeezes

Although I come prepared with lots of tricks, my best tools are my experience and my hands!
